We also hire part-time Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) with competitive compensation packages.
We provide supervision to BCBA candidates and do not require any penalty payments if you leave after obtaining you BCBA. That’s right! If you leave after obtaining your BCBA -no problem. We want all of our employees to have the freedom to determine their own career paths.
