GETTING STARTED

Below are the steps needed to get started with Treasured Hearts ABA:

1. INTAKE

Submit the form on this page and all requested patient information.

2. AUTHORIZATION

Treasured Hearts ABA will contact your insurance carrier to verify you have coverage for ABA services.  Once we have verified, a BCBA will be assigned to your case.

3. ASSESSMENT

The BCBA will conduct an in-depth assessment of your child in your home to determine how many hours of ABA services your child may need.

4. APPROVAL

After the BCBA submits their assessment, your insurance carrier will approve a specific number of service hours per week for the client, assuming they agree that services are necessary.

5. THERAPY

Once your insurance carrier has approved services, we will contact you to schedule the initial ABA session.
